Membership BillingMemberships are recurring subscriptions billed at the price and billing interval displayed on Ko-fi.Payments are processed through Ko-fi and its connected payment providers, such as PayPal or Stripe. - Ensuring that sufficient funds are available for recurring paymentsTaxes, currency-conversion charges, payment-provider fees, or other charges may apply depending on the member’s location and payment method.## 3. Cancelling a MembershipMembers may cancel their membership through their Ko-fi account.Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally reverse a payment that has already been processed.Unless access is terminated for misconduct, fraud, a payment reversal, or another serious breach, the member will normally retain access to their membership benefits until the end of the paid membership period.Cancelling a membership does not automatically create a right to a refund.Members should cancel before their next renewal date. BotPotter is not responsible for a renewal that occurs because the member cancelled after payment processing had already begun.## 4.
